Slack Integration Not Working

Hi, 

We have enabled slack connector following 

https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/connect-slack-to-rovo/

I have also authorized Slack and it shows in my Confluence as connected.  

We are unable to find/prompt any messages using Slack as the data source, even public channels.

I notice that messages are being Ingested. Are you not seeing any search results ?

Hi Yousuf, Slack is coming up in the Confluence Search results now. 

However, in ROVO, the same prompt is not yielding any results from Slack. Do you know why this is the case?

Hey @Raymond Ko , would you provide a screenshot of the page where you didn't get any Slack results? If there's anything sensitive on the screenshot, please mask them :-)

Hi @Raymond Ko , currently Slack integration only works in search. We are actively working on enabling Slack in chat as well and it will be supported soon. See the following link for details. https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/connect-slack-to-rovo/.

Thanks. So I understand this clearly, ROVO the product is both search and chat? Right now the slack connector allows search results to show up in search and will be enabled soon in ROVO?
