Using business email for support rather than one?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Managing the email channel

I have set up a prefered business email, can I now delete the default email so all emails are sent and received by the business email only?

One solution would be that you could link all the request types to your business e-mail, so the default mail box would not be in use since there is only one request type linked to this mail box. Put is aside, so to speak.

Or you could set up a new request type as suggestions or feedback, and only check this e-mail for a specific feedback collector or something else.
