Sharing files with different project spaces

I have 3 projects created in Confluence (project is for 3 site launches). Several files/documents are desgins and copy that need to be used for all 3 site launches. Can i share the files within all three different project/spaces? I don't want to upload new files to different spaces each time. I would like to do it once in one file page and have all the project spaces point to same files page.

You just need to insert a link (ctrl+k) and search for the file in the "search" tab. So, you create a link to your file, which is only uploaded once
