Query regarding Wiki Confluence

1.While exporting page(s) to PDF format, I am able to implement CSS features in PDF Stylesheet but the HTML properties in PDF Layout are not getting implemented. Please let me know a way out for the same.

Also, I am not able to implement html based macros as we are not entitled to install any additional plugin, unless they are bundled.

2. To export page (s) to WORD or HTML format, is there any way to implement custom based templates?

The PDF does only allow you specify CSS styling. I don't think 1 or 2 can be done for OnDemand. There may be workarounds on a downloaded instance of Confluence.
