That's far too wide open a question to answer. We don't know how you're using your wiki, how it's set up, what's enabled/disabled, what you may have customised, and probably most importantly, what you would consider an inconvenience.
I think the only way you can get a useful idea is to read the release notes for yourself in the context of your usage. Read the notes for each release you are skipping through and concentrate on the notes for the version you are going to end up with.
Atlassian's release notes tend to cover the big changes and upgrades, but are complete if you drill down into the details.
