Is there a new option for corporate licensing?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: SourceTree License For Corporate Usage

Our company policy prevents rolling out software that communicates online during installation or automatically during start-up. It seems no longer possible to install and use sourcetree without such communication.

Is there any option for 1.8 and beyond that allows a corporate-wide license without validating each user with a separate login?

Similar problem here. We also need an option that doesn't require each user to validate on his own.
