I am site admin, but i am not able to view the Bill invoices

Hi,

I have a site admin acess in Jira/Atlassian. but i am not able to view the bills or invoices. previously, i can able to view the bills. but from past few month i am not able to view the bills/invoices.

I have also tried to access the bills/invoices from another account, who has "Org-Admin" role but he also not able to view the bills.

let us know, how we can view our bills/invoices.

You must be an Org Admin to be able to access the billing information.

I am an ORG admin and I do not have access after Atlassian went from Access to Guard. The whole billing in Atlassian products, is such a hot mess. BitBucket is different than JIRA/Confluence, which is different than Guard now.

Under the ORG->subscriptions, there is no Guard. Under Products, it shows up but no Manage Product link like the others.

Also have the same issue. I am Org and billing admin. Yet I am not able to view previous paid invoices. Only expected invoices (which seem to be innacurate also).
