Does the Global layout change diring an upgrade? We included a line for a macro/plugin in the Global Layout aka Globalvmd. Do all the changes go across a Confluence upgrade? Confluence 4.3.3 to 5.x

If you were referring to applying the customization onto Confluence Admin > Global Layout, the layout customization will be retained even after the upgrade (it goes accross from Confluence 4.3 to 5.x) and it applies globally for the appearance of the dashboard and a user's profile.
