Database & Licenses Migration to New Server

Initial setup, attempting to connect to an existing database as we want to move from a 32 bit server to 64 bit server, using Ubunto 12.10, what is the best method to implement a fresh build to connect to the database and how do we move our license from the 32 bit server to the 64 bit server?

Please note we have established a database connection to the new 64 bit server for testing purposes but we now want to attach to the production database, both databases reside on the same SQL server. The new server is currently using an evaluation licenses.

Confluence, but I have been able to point the new server to are existing database and have applied our current license and all is good.

Well, no idea which product you're referring, but Atlassian product do not make difference on x86 and x64 bit system, the license should be the same. Depends on the product is could be in the database could be in the configuraiton file.
