Is there a tool within Confluence to manage requirements/stories along a pre-defined taxonomy? For example, I want to manage the below, and auto-number (re-index) if there's a change. If I remove feature X below, the numbering re-aligns in Confluence, and ideally Jira too?

1.1.1 Next level down
1.1.1.3 Another level down
1.1.1.4 Feature X
1.1.1.5 Feature Y
1.1.1.6 Feature Z
