Hi, I'm having problems to log into Confluence for the first time. I used company email to login, but it required email verification first. It showed an email verification link has been sent to my email address, but I never received any link from Confluence. I tried many times today, also clicked "resent verification link", but still nothing to my inbox. My email address has nothing wrong, it can receive emails from other applications.
Hi Anna, have you checked your spam, junk, filtered, or low-priority in-boxes? Or maybe try searching for "Verify your email for Confluence" in all mail?
