Which is better: Stack Overflow for Teams, or Questions for Confluence?

My team is considering Questions for Confluence and Stack Overflow for Teams.

I've started demoing the two products, and Questions for Confluence seems similar.

There was some good discussion about this topic in this Hacker News post.

Would love to hear folks' additional thoughts in this forum, especially from teams who have been using either product for a while.

When comparing the two products I am left with something that is almost crazy to think it is possible.  Stackoverflow integrates better to Jira than Questions for Confluence.
