SSO for Confluence?

Deleted user
January 30, 2020

Does anyone out there know if there is a way to make Confluence available to outside users? We need to make some of our Confluence reports regularly available to users who aren't admins or content people. Just for access. Is that even possible?

Thanks,

Hey @[deleted],

if you don't want to create accounts for these users I don't think there is any standard Confluence functionality that can help you here. (Except maybe making the whole space publicly accessible, but that's probably not what you want.)

However, there is an app on the Marketplace that could very well do what you need: External Share for Confluence

It's a new app by Old Street Solutions (just released this month), so make sure you hit them with your feedback if you have any! :)

Cheers,
Sven
