I can not create a new confluence space, could you please help we ?

Since that I use confluence, I never managed to create a space under Confluence.
I'm still waiting for the load (see screenshot below)

Hi Rachid,

Are you a Confluence Admin? Also are you able to edit or add pages?

It will be appreciated if you can tell us if you are a Cloud Confluence? or Confluence Server? If sever which version?
