Hi @Harjot Kaur Gill and welcome,

currently you can't edit jira issue macro in order to add/remove fields. Please take a look to the following documentation https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-jira-issues-macro/#Creating-a-new-issue

Limitations

The Jira Issues macro will notify you if it is unable to create an issue in the selected project. This may be because the project has a required field, field configuration or other customization that is not supported by the Jira Issues macro. In this situation you will need to create the issue directly in your Jira application.

There some external apps for this purpose like https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/FORMS/How+to+create+a+form+to+create+a+Jira+issue+from+Confluence

Hope this helps,

Fabio
