How do I grant anonymous access to Questions?

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Hi Shawn,

As you can see on Permissions, you can allow anonymous users to view questions, however  anonymous users can't ask, answer, or vote on questions. There's a feature request for it as you can see on CQ-318.
