How can I configure different storage allocation for different spaces?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Manage Files

We have large user base for Confluence (5000+), we would like to be able to allocate storage space quota for particular groups/spaces or users. I tried to find such information in existing documentation but could not find it. Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

The reason you could not find anything in the docs is that there is no such system in Confluence.  You can't do it.
