E-Mail notification when certain data in a table changes

Hi,

I have a page with a table, two of the columns in this table are "Owner" and "Status". What I'd like to know is can I setup a process where if the "Status" of a row changes to specific data, lets say "fixed". Can an e-mail be sent to the "Owner" of that row (item) notifying them?

Do you refer to Community Forums add-on? If that's the case, try to use it with Enterprise Notifications add-on which will provide additional notification settings.
