Disable automatic topic creation for user


I would like to know how to disable automatic topics creation for user in Question ? (and only allowed the selection of existing topics)

There is no way out of the box to restrict the creating of new topics in Questions for Confluence. We have a request open to include that functionality in a future release:

Set permissions on who is allowed to create a topic
