https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/12913142 has an answer how to create a Url to ask a question. I'm looking for a way to create a Url to a topic, without the need to know the internal ID of that topic.
It works with https://answers.atlassian.com (as described in https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/5278867) but I don't see this working with Confluence Questions.
Background: I want to replicate the Ask a Question box at the footer of the Atlassian documentation pages. The existing Questions List macro does work nice with non-existing topics...
I'm answering a similar question here – https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/38862393
I am not sure yet but I have a feeling that Topics are Labels and that the ID in the URL is the ID of the label.
