Assign task on question page
I'm a bit confused about how to assign a task, since neither on the page of a question nor in the editor window can I find the 'Task list 
button', suggested here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/add-assign-and-view-tasks-590260030.html.
Mentioning someone by @ is not the same thing. How do I do it?
