Is this for a Cloudwatch integration you're trying to setup with Opsgenie?
When you setup an Cloudwatch integration with Opsgenie, when you create the https subscription for the topic the cloudwatch alarms are publishing to, it should create an alert in Opsgenie showing the confirmation.
e.g.
If it didn't get created, you may want to confirm that you setup the https subscription correctly with the right endpoint (i.e. the endpoint provided within the Cloudwatch integration in Opsgenie)
