I am new to working with opsgenie.
I am trying to create a case in salesforce when the alerts are being created in Opsgenie using salesforce service cloud application in opsgenie. But, for some reason the integration is not getting triggered.
I checked the logs as well but I cannot find any error as well. I have just given an outgoing condition as for all alerts the case should get created in salesforce. I have followed all the steps but I am not understanding why it is happening.
Is there any setting that I am missing or any other thing which needs to be configured?

Once common reason for actions not being triggered is that the integration is assigned to a team, but the alert is not. If your Salesforce integration is assigned to a team, the alerts must also be assigned to the same team or they will not be processed by that integration.
