Is there a "created at" timestamp variable/dynamic field that can be used as part of an incident rule? We would like to include a timestamp in the incident message if possible.
Hi @Tim Tate - Opsgenie doesn't currently have a current date/time field to be able to add to alerts or incidents, but we have a feature request for this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-1527
@Brennan Kiely , thanks for the response! I have voted for the linked feature request and left a comment describing my use case.
