Hello!
I am setting up an email integration, and I need to receive email on one mail address, but create alerts for different teams.
For instance:
I have two teams Team A and Team B. If I receive an email with subject "host down" Alert will be assigned to Team A, if I receive an email with subject "no space left on server" - Alert will be assigned to Team B.
Is this possible using email integration?
Depending, this can be accomplish in two different ways:
1. Within your integration, create two Create alert setup and match on the subject, and then assign them to correct team.
2. Use a global alert policy to match on the subject of an alert, and then assign the correct responders.
1. It does not work. After changing team whole other already created alerts are assigned to new team
