We have checked the documentation for dynatrace integration with opsgenie but we unable find the option (OpsGenie region domain) .

But are you following our documentation to configure a webhook within Dynatrace? The image you shared compared to our documentation's looks different in the sense yours shows:

while our documentation shows at one point:
Settings >> Integration >> Problem notifications >> Set up notifications >> Custom integration
