could you please let me know what is the naming standards that we could following when creating the alerts , teams , schedule/

for eg. when the team name is Application Money Transfer 

what would be the best case to user camel case or snake case or pascal case 

along with its justification

Hi @Bhuvaneswari Balraj ,

We see customers using all of those options. Snake case might be the most common. 

But when naming some things in Opsgenie such as escalations and schedules, the name can only contain alphanumeric characters, dots, underscores and dashes.
