can we alert someone if no alert received on specific time

i will receive alert on a database restoration everyday at a certain time, i can divert those alerts to opsgenie for tracking, what i am looking for is if a alert not recieved at the said time i want opsgenie to notify the on-call support agent, is that possible.

Hi @Administrator ,

I think the closest thing Opsgenie has to that use case is heartbeats.

Heartbeats can be used to monitor that your periodic tasks are running as expected, and if a "ping" is not received from your external system over the course of the heartbeat's configured time, Opsgenie will create an alert to notify users.
