adding multiple people into a rotation

I have a primary rotation...and one team member in it...I am not sure how to add a different person to the next week...and then next..etc....I have all members defined for on call roation...it keeps defaulting same person for each new week when I try and setup that week

Any advice appreciated

You should be able to add users as participants, and Opsgenie will automatically rotate the users depending on the Rotation type, then reset to the first participant after the last has completed their on-call shift:
