Dear all,
We use opsgenie with a Dynatrace integration,
We have define indient rule which create an incident when alert is of P2 priority.
The Incident is properly created but what it is wierd is that, after the incident is created, I can see a new alert ceated and identified as below :
The real Alert which initiate the incident creation is flag with A ( associated)
Why does it create back a new Alert with flag R (responder) ? which makes people confused
Thanks for clarification
regards
After some research this is default behaviour
This does not really explain the reasoning behind these two alerts. Is there a reason why we are getting two alerts?
