Why does the order under Mobile applications change by itself?

I have an iPhone and an iPad. Both devices have OpsGenie installed, under profile settings within the mobile applications section I see both. However, OpsGenie will only push the first device in the list and regularly it is changed to my iPad without my doing.

I always want my phone to receive the push notification, I just have it on my iPad to be able to see the alerts as needed. Since I can only change the order on a desktop this is getting very frustrating.

Hi @Michael Easlick ,

I would recommend opening a Support Case with us so that we can examine that behavior more closely. To clarify when you look at Notification rules involving your Mobile Devices in the Notification section like below, are you seeing that order change here,  or elsewhere?

Mine looks a bit different but nevertheless under settings, notifications - 

Eventually the iPad will be on top and I will have to login from a web browser to change it. I will follow up with a case the next time it happens, thank you!

Thank you for clarifying where that is! Looks like that's further up on the methods themselves, but those shouldn't be changing on their own, definitely let us know in a case if this happens again so that we can investigate!

Hello! This has happened again. I am the primary escalation this week and today my phone was receiving push alerts without issue.

This afternoon I was using my iPad on a teams call and an alert came in on my iPad, now it is listed first. 

Because I am on-call I cannot leave it like this, but I wanted you to know.
