Where can I see Deleted alerts; and which user type can have access to the Delete alert function ?

Hi;

Two separate questions here : 
1.
I, an admin of sorts (not within Teams), have the function to delete alerts.
"user" users apparently do not have this function.
Does an admin within a Team, has the possibility to delete the alerts routed to this team ?

2. Where can be found deleted alerts ? If they can be found.

This is Darryl. I am here to help. 😃

Please find the answers below:

1. Only the Global Owner and Global Admin roles have the permission to delete an Opsgenie Alert. The Team Admin doesn't have the same permission unless it's also a Global Owner/Admin. For more details, please find this doc.
2. The deleted alerts are not able to be found on the Alert Dashboard. If it's deleted within the past 14 days, you can find it at Settings > Logs and it will be logged within. this kind of log entry:
