Hi @Robert Staffeld ,

To add a Zendesk integration, your Opsgenie plan will need to be either Standard or Enterprise. This integration is not included with our Free or Essentials plans.

You'd also need to be subscribed to a Standard or Enterprise plan to use the Zendesk app because this requires a global API integration (assigned to No Team) - and these are also only included on the Standard and Enterprise plans. Free and Essentials plans require a team to be assigned to any integration:

https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-zendesk-app/

After reviewing out documentation of the actual Zendesk integration, I realize it doesn't mention what plan is required:

https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-zendesk/

On my end I'll enter a ticket with engineering to edit this! Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you, that's what I was looking for.

Jira doesn’t integrate natively with the likes of Zendesk but there are Marketplace options - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=Zendesk.

all should work with Standard and above and possibly the free version of Jira.
