I am curious about Opsgenie's ability to interact with Teams and a email inbox.
Sample Use Cases:
1) If someone calls a Teams Phone Number and leaves a message, can Opsgenie perform a call to the on-call person?
2) If someone messages a Teams Channel, can Opsgenie perform a call to the on-call person?
3) If someone emails an Exchange email box, can Opsgenie perform a call to the on-call person?

Regarding the use cases requested
1. If someone calls a Teams Phone Number and leaves a message, can Opsgenie perform a call to the on-call person?
Opsgenie doesn't natively integrate with Teams phone and voicemail. The current integration option available is limited to Teams channels. You can find more details about the integration options at https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-microsoft-teams-v2/
2. If someone messages a Teams Channel, can Opsgenie perform a call to the on-call person?
The MS teams channel once integrated with the Opsgenie it will have the ability to execute a few set of commands in the MS teams channel. These commands can be used to create Opsgenie alerts and through these alerts you can call the On-call users required. Documentation details
3. If someone emails an Exchange email box, can Opsgenie perform a call to the on-call person?
Opsgenie does offer the Email integration option where you can send an email to create Opsgenie alerts and these alerts can be used to notify the on-call engineers. You can find more details about email integration at https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-your-email-with-opsgenie/
