When an alert is created, I would like to send a webhook that includes as part of the paypload an access token which has these specific properties:

  • Can increase priority of the alert associated with the token
  • Can add a note to the alert associated with the token
  • Can close the alert associated with the token
  • Is valid for a specified time period (e.g. 24 hours)

In addition, to avoid hard-coding api url's, it would be useful to also add a field to the payload with the api url associated with the token.

Is this something that is available or being worked on?

Hey @Chris Hills ,

There is no such implementation being worked on at the moment, however, you can create a Feature suggestion ticket for it on our Development team's dashboard via: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/MyJiraHome.jspa

Moreover, based on your use case, you can instead make use of OEC which allows you to run a script upon alert creation that you can customise to fit your needs. Feel free to read up more about OEC and its functionalities here to see if it fits your requirements: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/opsgenie-edge-connector-as-an-extensibility-platform/
