We are testing Runscope integration with Opsgenie and to set the configuration for notifications in Runscope, do we have to set the notifications for each and every API or we can roll out this configuration gloablly.
Hi @Chethan GR ,
You can use one Runscope integration and roll out this configuration globally by using a number of different Create Alert actions within the Advanced tab of the integration. Note - this tab is only available on the Standard and Enterprise Opsgenie plans:
By leaving the integration global - or assigned to No Team - opens a Responders field within each Create Alert action. Each action provides the flexibility to filter on what data is being sent from Runscope >> Opsgenie, then send these corresponding alerts to the correct Opsgenie responders. For example:
Opsgenie will look at the top Create Alert action to try and find a matching filter. If the conditions do not match, Opsgenie will look at the following action(s) to find a match, and execute the first match.
Hope this helps! Let us know if you have other questions or issues, if this isn't what you are looking for, etc.

Hi @Chethan GR - can you clarify what you mean by set the notifications for each and every API? Do you mean you want the alerts to notify the same way for alerts created by multiple integrations in your Opsgenie account?
If so - you can create a team, and setup the routing rules, escalation policies, and on-call schedules on that team. Then you can setup all of your integrations to be assigned to this team.
When an alert goes to a team, it follows the routing rules on that team to determine who will be notified. So that is how you can have all integrations notify the same way. i.e. have them all go to the same team, and then setup the routing rules, escalation policies, and on-call schedules on that team to determine who will be notified.
Let me know if I misinterpreted your question, or if you need any additional clarification!
Thanks,
Samir
