Voice Notification - Limited

I intend to using Opsgenie Standard version, i'm curious about the limit # of users x100 in voice notification ? 

Is it calculated per month or annually ?

Hey Luan, 

Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community. 

The limit # of users x100 means that you'll get, let's say for 10 users, 1000 SMS notifications limit per month. 

After the next billing, your resource usage is reset and you have again the limit. 

It's worth noticing that this limit applies only to the Essentials plan and you were asking for a Standard plan. On a Standard plan, you get unlimited SMS and Voice notifications.
