Updating an incident’s priority will also update its Responder Alerts’ priority

I want to downgrade the incident’s priority that will also update its Responder Alerts’  but I could not find the way from Opsgenie incident rule or policies. Anyone could help me please.

Thanks

Hi @Cuong Trinh

Thanks for reaching out :)

Currently we dont have this functionality however we do have a feature request logged in our system for this request (OGS-407).

At any point, you can reach out to us mentioning the reference number and we can provide you with the latest update.

However we do have the functionality when the priority is increased both the Owner and Responder alerts also increase in priority.

Thanks,

Connor
