Updating StatusPage incident status from Opsgenie tags

Hi there,

Using the cmp_ prefix I can update the component outage type via tags.

Is there a format of tag I can use to add to an Opsgenie alert that will move the statuspage incident along to the appropriate status.

Trying to avoid having an agent working on the alert bouncing between Opsgenie and Statuspage just to update the status.

Yes indeed you can use a tag format to change the incident status the following way:

inc:prefix

as stated in the documentation:

[Ste404]

wow, thanks for that I am not actually sure how I missed it.  I read up on about adding the cmp side of things to alerts to update the components and just must have went too far down that road and forgot to look back :D

Will dig out that part of the doco again.
