I closed a ticket unexpectedly, which is not related to me and I was new to this tool. So, please help me in solving this issue.

Unfortunately it is not possible to reopen an alert once it's closed. We do have an open feature request for this that I'll get you added though.
In the meantime, it might be worth creating another alert in the Alerts tab, adding the teams / responder the initial alert was sent to, and linking the alert in the description - or something like this. Alert notification flow would then restart through that new alert.
