Unable to change OpsGenie sounds on Huawei P20 Pro running EMUI 9.0?

I have the exact same issue as can be found on the old read only forums here:

Is there anything that can be done to override OpsGenie notification alert sounds with a custom sound rather than have it produce the same sound as every other alert on my phone?

Hi Karam,

I'm not familiar with that specific model, but this is generally a phone limitation. Are you able to change the sounds for any other apps on your phone? There may be a third party app available to change your notification sounds.
