I changed my subscription plan and want to test when it goes into effect to make sure I still have the functionality I need. I see this message on my subscription page:
Your current plan will change to Monthly Standard with 19 number of users on Dec 5, 2020 7:49 PM
I'm assuming the app knows what timezone I'm in and is giving me that time in my timezone. If anyone could confirm that for me I would appreciate it. Thanks!
Hi Josh,
The messages will contain time references that are relevant to your Opsgenie Accounts time zone.
Users with Owner role accounts can check this setting by logging into Opsgenie, go to settings, then select profile settings. There you will see the Account Time Zone.
