Is there a way to have a rule applied to a team where we can define what kind of notification occurs based on its priority?
For example, if we get a P3 alarm I don't want notification to go above an email (i.e. alert on phone app, SMS and/or phone call). Is this possible?

Users can specify the type of notifications they'll receive, based on alert attributes, by adding filters to their notification rules. Here is an example of a notification rule that will only send email alerts to users for P3 and below priority alerts:
And here is an example of a notification rule that will send app, SMS and voice notifications only for P2 and P1 alerts:
While both of these options are configured on the user level, there is an option for Enterprise accounts to set up role-based notifications using central notification templates. In this setup, all users with a particular role will be assigned the preconfigured notification rules that align with their user role:
