Hello

What is the process of creating Incident.

Do we just 

  • Create JSM ticket in JSM Portal
  • Create Incident in OpsGenie
  • Manually link OpsGenie ticket to JSM ticket

 

Or is there automation involved in the process.

If so can you please let me know of the steps.
