Suggestion Integration to Email

Would be great if the incoming email Integration also had a way of reply to an email when the alert is closed or notes are added. The system I'm working with supports reply to one email address and has a unique code in the subject line. That the system, in turn, would update and close the object.

Thanks for contacting with Opsgenie community. :) Let me basically explain how our email integration is working. When an email is received that is satisfying the filters in the create alert rule, an alert with the defined alias will be created. This alias can be defined from your side as dynamic or static. Let's say you define a static alias as X. When this alert is created, the notification flow for the recipients of the alert will start. (According to the create alert rules of the recipient). 

The alert that is created by this email integration can be closed either manually or automatically, which can be set from the close alert rules in the integration, by setting the same alias X which will help to understand which alert to close when the close alert rule is satisfied. Finally, when the alert is closed the alert recipients can take close alert notification if they have "closed alert notification rules" in their notification preferences.
