So I have created an SNS topic and subscribed with Opsgenie using the HTTPS URL. Normally after this subscription a notification is sent to opsgenie alert. But is not

May I confirm that you unticked the "Enable raw message delivery" option when configuring the AWS SNS Subscription? Because the raw message will make the data payload sent in an unacceptable format to Opsgenie.
For example:
Please delete the existing AWS SNS Subscription and create a new one with this option unticked.
If there is still no subscription confirmation alert being created on your Opsgenie afterward, don't hesitate to contact Opsgenie Support Team via this link with all the details, and we will help you from there.
