We currently have 7 people that are on call on a weekly basis so effectively a 7 week rotation for out of hours.
Our finance team has a user account on Opsgenie but they are unable to see the full months schedule of the on call as they are not an admin or on the schedule themselves so they can only see who is currently on call this week and next
Where as due to being an Admin I can see weeks or months in advance
Is there a way they can see this information without adding them to the schedule or I can have it email them the months schedule, this is so they can arrange payment for the people on call for that month, so send May's schedule on the 1st May so they can arrange payment for the 4/5 people that are on call for that month

Opsgenie has a set of roles to make sure only specific users can view or edit sensitive information.
You can read more about the roles on the link below and also about custom roles.
I would suggest setting up a report on the Analytics section and have this report being sent by email to the Finance team.
The reports offer you the ability of filtering.
