I'd like to use Opsgenie as my incident management tool but I need to personalize some features:
Depending on the type of incident, I need to use different templates (this is easy), so that when I open a new incident, an email communication is automatically sent to any email addresses of several people who don't use opgenie (for example, people outside the company), is that possible? Also, these notifications should show my email address (email@example.com) as if it was sent by me, not Opgenie.
Can you help me to configurate this features in opgenie?

The users would need invited into Opsgenie. For this use-case of incident / email communication, it might make sense if they were Stakeholders vs. power Users. Stakeholders have minimal capabilities in Opsgenie but are important individuals to keep informed and updated during an incident:
I don't believe Opsgenie can have the Stakeholder email show it's being sent from your email address. Instead it would be from Opsgenie, but you can add a Reply To email when these emails are initially sent out to Stakeholders:
