Is there any configuration to be done to send the tag that is configured in an Opsgenie alert to the requirement in Jira Service Manager?
Currently everything generated in JSM arrives with the tag fromOG.
If you integrate using the newer JSM integration, you can customize the data that gets sent to different fields in JSM.
