Security & Encryption for Confluence Cloud - Permissions (MOVED)

**Sorry, wrong community - I've recreated in the right space**

Anyone else have issues trying to get this app enabled?  We were able to test this in personal spaces, but when trying it in our main spaces, we run into the permission issues as described.

The app recommends the following.

--> "You have EITHER the permission to Add/Delete Restrictions permission on that space OR the Security & Encryption app has the permission to Add/Delete Restrictions permission to that space."

We were able to configure a new group and adjust permissions as recommended plus add users; but that didn't work.  

For the "OR", I'm not able to figure out how to grant permissions to the app. Does anyone have experience to do that?

Hi Chris,

Have you tried adding the users individually versus doing it via a group? Could you create a demo space and take some screenshots? That may help as well.

Otherwise, if you have a NDA with the vendor, you may also reach out to them for support as they should be able to provide insight on their app if the first option doesn't work for you.
